Don Corson's article: Communications BreakdownCommunication Breakdown

Recently, Don Corson wrote "Communication Breakdown", an analysis on the importance of engaging jurors in the judicial process, in Trial Lawyer magazine.

"Every jury trial is fundamentally about communicating with jurors. Each
exhibit, each witness's testimony, each argument is intended to persuade by
some form of communication. Many other things we do (or don't do) in the
courthouse also communicate with jurors, sometimes inadvertently. Jurors
decide our cases, and our communicating with jurors is critical to their
decisions.
