Don Corson teaches about torts and about interviewing and counseling clients

Don Corson was again invited to lecture to students at the University of Oregon School of Law during the 2007 academic year. He lectured in classes on Advanced Torts and on Client Interviewing and Counseling, and also for the Student Oregon Trial Lawyers Association (SOTLA). His advanced torts lecture was on the development and trial of a machine design defect case. His interviewing and counseling lecture was on initial interviewing and case screening for plaintiff personal injury claims. His SOTLA lecture was on representing injured individuals. In addition, Don was invited to speak at the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association 2008 annual convention, on the subject of working with expert witnesses.
