Power Boat Accident: Brain Injury
Don Corson tried to a plaintiff’s verdict a half-million dollar case for a Eugene man who was run over by a power boat. The man was fishing on the Blue River reservoir in the foothills of Oregon’s Cascade Mountains. A powerboat operator, pulling a knee boarder, ran directly over the fisherman, who was shouting and waving to get the powerboat operator’s attention. The fisherman suffered a skull fracture and permanent neurological losses.
