Don Corson tried to a plaintiff’s verdict a half-million dollar case for a Eugene man who was run over by a powerboat. The man was fishing on the Blue River reservoir in the foothills of Oregon’s Cascade Mountains. A powerboat operator, pulling a kneeboard, ran directly over the fisherman, who was shouting and waving to get the powerboat operator’s attention.
